Returns

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain items such as personalized/custom products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and certain personal-use products (like drinkware after use) cannot be returned.
